The Montgomery County District Attorney Office is the latest to begin utilizing CheckRighter, an innovative service provided by adventfs that supports Bad Check Programs for over 90 Prosecutors Offices in the United States. adventfs will also provide educational diversion programs through a partnership with Strategic Justice Partners (SJP) who’s Principals have developed and administered educational programs for nearly 200 counties across the nation. The District Attorney has enlisted adventfs and Strategic Justice Partners to support the County in increasing the recovery rate of bad checks written to local businesses and reducing the recidivism of habitual bad check writers.

Hinds County has a new weapon to go after people responsible for writing bad checks. In January the district attorney’s office hired Kentucky-based online company, adventfs.com, to make lawbreakers pay up.
